This proprietary process uses a functional logic f(∆c) to move design conversations away from subjective "I like this color" or "I feel the user wants this" debates, and force teams into a rigid, binary diagnostic for product concepts — stripping away subjective bias to reveal the high-delight 'Opportunity Window' hidden within complex user contexts."
Mathematically, it is not a literal algebraic equation. It is a symbolic shorthand used as a conceptual framework.
It can be used in pair or in place of traditional UX/product visualization tools and descriptive 'brainstorming' as a model for clear thinking, not as a calculator.
With a rigorous, accelerated functional diagnostic that forces innovation by identifying and mathematically flipping Mirror traits within a usecase — the visceral 'Ick' into strategic 'Delight' — and ensuring every high-potential idea survives a product's context.
The CTX Mirror Framework is a generative methodology that uses 'Mirror Trait' diagnostics to align product functionality with human visceral reactions that impact on User Experience.
It is a logic-driven engine designed to accelerate decision-making and ensures that every feature converges toward its maximum strategic potential.
